The
scale of construction: a total investment of 100 million US
dollars and its phase-1 project covering an area of 900,000
sq.m.. The project is intended to build a wonderful park by
means of high technology. It is planned that the park would
be composed of the dreamy, modern and future castles with necessary
facilities concerned. The park would make full use of modern
technology to build a modern large fairyland for entertainment,
complete with tourism, entertainment, recreation, and science
and education. The tourist source is aimed at the delta area
of Yangtse River, radiating from there into the whole East China.
It is predicted that the annual business income would
be 200 million yuan with the annual profit of 100 million yuan. |

The Administrative
Commission of Ningbo ETD Zone is the governmental organs. Its
contribution shall consist of land and infrastructure, representing
about 12 percent of the total investment. |

Located
at Ningbo ETD Zone, the fairyland is 28 Km from Ningbo City
proper and about 40 Km from Lishe airport in Ningbo. Right next
to Beilun port, it is rich in tourist source from the surrounding
areas, including Mount Putuo, Xikou and the remains of the Hemudu
Culture. |
