The
scale of production: an annual output of 1,000 tons of Nd-Fe-B
permanent magnetism material.
Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetism material is the morning sun-like
industrial sector with the high trchnology. Since it came out
in 1983, it has been increased at the annual average growth
rate of 30 to 40 percent. Its products are widely applied to
such high-tech fields as microcomputers, mobile phones, nuclear
magnetic resonance, magnetic suspension train, and automatic
highway. Our Nb-Fe-B production has accounted for 40 percent
of the whole in the world, half of which are made up by Ningbo.
With the expiration of American and Japanese patents, our Nb-Fe-B
sector will have broad prospects of market by means of our rich
resource of rare earth.
It is predicted that the annual sales income would be
100 million yuan with the annual profit of 20 million yuan. |
Equipment Tobe Importedand Rawmaterials to Be Supplied

Intended
to import the magnetic-field press for the high-performance
permanent magnetism materials from Japan, Germany or USA. Main
raw materials such as neodymium, dysprosium, ferro-boron and
pure iron are all available in the country. |

Ningbo Jinji
Nb-Fe-B Strong Magnetism Material Co.,Ltd., a limited liability
company, has the gross assets of 40 million yuan, including
about 20 million yuan in the fixed assets, of which land is
excluded. Its present main product is the sintered Nb-Fe-B permanent
magnetism materials, with the maximum size of 162mm multiplied
by 162mm and 5mm. The single moulding technology for moulds
and the radiation oriented magnetic ring technology which are
pioneered in the country were applied for the patents. At present,
our company can turn out N42 magnetic rings in batches with
an annual output of 400 tons. It boasts the complete equipments
and 1000 KVA power distribution system. Our products are much
appreciated from all businessmen and have won the authentication
of TUV from Germany. |
