The
scale of production: an annual output of 100 million pcs of
high-performance PTC thermistor.
The high-performance PTC thermistor is developed by means
of PTC effect of BaTi03 strong ferroelectric semiconductor.
It can be provided with good semiconductor HV-proof strength
and large temperature coefficient of resistance. These characteristics
are used to develop the automatic thermostatic heating and overcurrent
protection, overheat protection, and temperature sensing elements.
Besides, they are also used to start the compressor delay and
erase the coloured TV sets with the aid of circuit design, featuring
the broad applications and large requirements. The high-performance
PTC thermistors are widely applied to electronics, computer,
energy, coal, petroleum and oil, electric power and other sectors.
As is predicted, the annual requirement for the high curie-point
thermostatic heating elements would be 70 million pcs, for the
current-limiting protection elements of the program controlled
telephone exchange 100 million pcs, and for the energy-saving
lamp 50 million pcs, with broad prospects of market. The project
covers an area of 15,000 sq.m. with the construction of 9,000
sq.m..
It is predicted that the annual sales income would be
160 million yuan with the annual profit of 32 million yuan. |
