The
scale of production: an annual output of 2,000T electrode foil
for electrolytic capacitors.
The electrolytic capacitor is the key component of the
electronic industry, and the aluminium foil is the basic material
of the electrolytic capacitor. The annual requirement for the
electrode foil is about 400 tons at least in our country. The
electrode foils are well received in our coastal area, Hong
Kong, Taiwan and the southeast Asian countries, and can be substituted
for those from Japan. The project is intended to use high-purity
aluminium ingot as raw material to produce the electrode foil
for HV or MV electrolytic capacitors by means of the advanced
equipment and technology. The building construction will be
12,000 sq.ms.
It is anticipated that the annual sales income would
be 330 million yuan with the annual profit of 120 million yuan. |

The Economic
Development Bureau of Ningbo ETD Zone takes charge of the foreign
economic and technical cooperations in the zone and international
trade promotion. In addition, it is responsible for the foreign-funded
firm establishment and the capital construction both for domestic
and froeign investment. After we made contact with the aluminium
foil company in the country, the company would like to provide
us with the etching technology. This company has now the annual
productive capacity of 200T aluminium foil. |
