The
scale of production: an annual output of 30,000 sets of back
projector.
The back projector of the project is 50 inches for the
screen. Its main specifications are mainly as follows: more
than 600 cd/m2 for brightness,SVGA and XGA resolutions, better
than 150:1 for contrast, and all-coloured. It is intended to
introduce foreign funds and brand. The key technology will be
provided by a famous university. The liquid crystal projection
television manufacturer will be set up together with the electrical
firm and TV set factory in particular. At the early stage, the
joint venture will have an annual output of 30,000 sets, and
the ultimate production will hit 100,000 sets annually. The
back projectors of joint venture will be mainly received at
home, and a part of them will go to the international market.
It is predicted that the annual sales income would be
400 million yuan with the annual profit of 80 million yuan. |

Industry Park is jointly developed and constructed by the Academy
of Science of China and Ningbo People's Government. The Economic
Development Bureau of Ningbo High-tech Industry Park takes charge
of the high-tech development plan and its implementation in
the park, foreign-funded firm establishment, and foreign economic
cooperations. |

Located
at Ningbo High-tech Industry Park, the site for the project
depends on the centre of Ningbo, 15Km from Beilun Port, 6Km
from Hangzhou-Ningbo expressway, 18Km from Lishe airport, and
7Km from Ningbo train station. It can enjoy the preferential
policy on the high-tech industrial sector. Water, power and
gas are available there. |
