The
scale of production: Fenghua section, 38.204 Km in length and
22.4 m in width, with 2 bridges and 1 tunnel.
The project is the frame of the Chuanshan Peninsula connection
with the road networks along the coastal ports, and an integral
part of the coastal road system in Ningbo as well. It will be
built according to the speed of 60Km per hour for a motor vehicle
at the first-grade road. The investment is estimated to be 299.793
million yuan, with the average cost of 7.8472 million yuan for
one Kilometres. The duration of construction will be 3 years,
starting in 2002 and ending by the end of 2004. The traffic
is predicted to be 6192 numbers per day in 2005, 11102 numbers
per day in 2015 and 23634 numbers per day in 2025.
It is anticipated that the annual business income would
be 42.66 million yuan with the annual profit of 19.8 million
yuan. |
