Xumei, Master of science, professor of mathematics, the vice president of Heilongjiang August First Land Reclamation University. I was graduated from Harbin Teachers University in 1982. I studied in the Northeast University for a Master degree majored in automatic control Department from August, 1988 to March,1991. From December,1999 to June,2000, I studied MBA courses in the California State University,Los Angeles.
