Wang Zhengyu, born in Shanghai China on Apr. 12, 1961, studied ship building and graduated from the Harbin Ship Engineering Institute with Bachelor degree in 1983 and being employed in the Heilongjiang Province Road And Bridge Construction (Group) Corp. as a department chief of personnel affairs in China now. Having been engaged in the field of the management and construction of highway since 1986. Being found of driving a new car on the freeway with a high speed, ever covered 3600 miles to drive a Buick from Los Angeles to New York spending three and half days in march 2000.
