Wang Hengjun, born in Heilongjiang Province China on Jul. 18, 1957, studied philosophy and graduated from the Heilongjiang University in 1982 with the Master degree and being employed in the Transportation and Communication Bureau as a vice director in China now. Having been engaged in the management of highway construction since 1982. Being found of driving a new car on the freeway, ever covered 3600 miles to drive a Buick from Los Angeles to New York spending three and half days in march 2000.
