Born in February, 1961, working as the director of Jianshan District of Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province.
Graduated from Qiqihar Teachers'College, bachelor of literature. Working in the No. l Senior Middle School, as a foreign language teacher, and the headmaster from 1978 till 1996. Studying Japanese in Japan for a year in 1991.In 1996, studying education management in Huadong Teachers'University. Studying business management in California State University, Los Angeles for six months. Having written some essays, such as Realize The Four Changes And Raise The Students' Language Skills, Catch The Opportunity Of Restructure In Industry And Develop Specific Economy, On The Development Of New Economy After Being A Member of WTO, etc. Some of them were published in the journals such as Foreign Language Teaching, and Theory Discussion.
