Born in Yichun City, Mr. De-yi Zhu graduated in Harbin Teacher's University with bachelor degree of English. He is now the Director of Jiayin County Heilongjiang Province. He completed the Senior Economic Management Training Program held in Cal State L.A. in the U.S. from Dec. 6,1999 to June 6,2000.
Jiayin County is located in the north-eastern part of Heilongjiang province and see Russia across river with abandance of resources and beautiful scenaries. All the people of insight are welcome to Jiajin for cooperation and tourism.
