Duties include managing business; supervise in-house and consulting engineers; design special machinery and tooling including the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronics, and programming of the products; supervise Schober's Apprenticeship Program.

California State University, Los Angeles, (1992 to present) Part-time faculty member as an Assistant Professor in the Engineering and Technology Department. Instructs Tooling Design and Electro-Mechanical Design. Also a faculty member of CSULA s Southern California Coalition for Education in Manufacturing Engineer (SCCEME).
