Robert A. Carpino, JD, CHC, CISA
Professor Carpino is currently a Compliance Officer at Quest Diagnostics, where he leads cultural change and management processes for this Fortune 500 company’s ethical and regulatory compliance goals in its West Region. He is a licensed attorney in the States of New York, Oklahoma, and Washington, as well as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). As a passionate educator, he taught business communications, ethics and social responsibility, diversity management, healthcare law, and core management principles at Pepperdine and CSULA business schools and was invited as a guest lecturer at the University Of Maryland. As a researcher and lifelong learner, he published in outlets such as Research in Organizational Change and Development and completed a postdoctoral program at the University of Florida’s Graduate School of Business Administration. Professor Carpino is a divisional officer at the Academy of Management, where he also presented his research in organizational behavior and chaired scholarly symposia on workplace creativity, innovation, and change.
