Rhonda Albey

Rhonda Albey holds a Ph.D. in Education/Management from UCLA, and has taught at different universities since 1996.  She has worked in a variety of management settings, including finance, personnel management, organizational development, cultural diversity management, and personnel research, most recently as a Labor Relations Administrator with the County of Los Angeles.   Her most popular book is A Pocket Guide to the Basics of Labor Relations, 4th edition,  (Berkeley:  University of California Press, 2014.)  Her most recent article is Selling and marketing to multi-cultural clients, The Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopedia of Race, Ethnicity and Nationalism,  Stone, John., et al., eds., 2014.​
