Nathalie Virem has over twelve years of professional experience in various countries with employment, varying from Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits like Kaiser Permanente and governmental agencies such as InvestInMadrid to medium sized companies and startups.
She is trilingual in English, French and Spanish, holds a masters degree in business administration and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Nathalie has been leading projects, teams and working with talented individuals for over a decade, with a proven track record increasing employee engagement and change management in organizations and helping hundreds of individuals discover and leverage their strengths.

Before stepping into the coaching arena, Nathalie developed core competencies in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Project Management.
She began her work in Spain and France in the Marketing and Advertising arena. In 2004 she received a full athletic soccer scholarship to earn her MBA while playing soccer for Jacksonville University, FL (NCAA 1st division). During her 2nd MBA year, she worked as a Sales and Customer Service Representative for the Industrial Automation Industry for a family owned business. In 2004 she joined the Automotive Industry and worked as a Trainee Finance Manager.
In 2005, Nathalie went back to Europe and worked for the Spanish Government (InvesInMadrid). During the next 2 years, she was an International Trade Consultant for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Casablanca, Morocco. She then travelled to the African Development Bank in Tunisia and provided trade consultant services to major Spanish firms.
In December 2006, she immigrated to the US and worked in California for 6 years with a French medium-sized company as a Sr. Product Manager for some of the world’s leading brands such as Duracell, Blizzard, Microsoft, Symantec, Disney and Marvel. During that time, she consistently drove yearly sales of $100M and $7M gross profit.
In 2012, she joined the governmental nonprofit Healthcare giant Kaiser Permanente as a Sr. Project Manager where she currently manages highly complex cross-functional projects for Healthcare Reform, SalesForce, etc.
In 2014, Nathalie discovered her passion for coaching when working with a career coach. She has received her formal training as a coach through the world renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Today, Nathalie blends her professional skills, personal experience and education in her coaching process to supporting her clients all over the world to fulfill their dreams and become extraordinary.
