Joining an ASI or University committee allows students to influence and make important decisions on campus.

•Apply for Open Positions in ASI. Stop by the ASI Student Service Center to pick up an application or select Open Positions to download an application or job descriptions. 2008-09 ASI General Elections will be held spring quarter.

• Apply for an appointed position such as a commissioner, academic senator or a justice. Appointments occur during the summer quarter.

• Join the Screaming Eagles and encourage campus pride and unity by supporting the ASI mission and meeting new people.

• Tryout to be a CSULA cheerleader or a dancer on Team Flight.

Our Mission...

Provide protection of the rights and interests of the individual student and the entire student body. Perpetrate interaction and support of the University. Promote effective venues of student input into campus governance. Provide service and programs that meet the educational, social, recreational, and cultural needs of the pluralistic community. Serve as a learning laboratory for student leadership development.
