Student Clubs and Organization Funding
 Student Clubs and Organizations can request funding from Associated Students, Inc. on a first come, first served basis. Submit the proper forms by noon the Monday's before a Finance Committee Meeting: The ASI Finance Committee is comprised of:
The Finance Committee is chaired by the Vice President for Finance. The committee meets to analyze all budget requests and decides on funding allocations. They meet on alternate Fridays at 12pm, please check our calendar (link to calendared meetings) for details. Everyone is welcomed to attend the meetings. Attention All Clubs and Organizations Requesting Payments: As of Friday, February 15, 2008 all Request for Payments must be TYPED. No hand written Request for Payments will be accepted. NOTE: You can view the document in Adobe but you will not be able to save the information unless you have Acrobat. If your operating system is Microsoft XP, the other option to save the document as an image. First select PRINT, then select under the Printer Name Microsoft XPS Document Writer, then select OK. You will not be able to make changes but at least you will have a soft copy to reprint if needed. Unfortunately, this feature is not available on the Mac operating systems. Finance Committee:
