How will I receive my tickets and commemorative cap?

Purchased tickets will be sent electronically to the email address provided in your order through ordertracking@tickets.com. Your e-ticket(s) will also serve as cap coupons which are redeemable at the stadium on game day. Ticket distribution will begin on June 20, 2019. Please allow up to 2-3 business days to process and distribute after June 20.  Cap pick-up at the game will be behind the All-You-Can-Eat section and Section 52 in Preferred Reserve. You must pick up your cap by the end of the third inning, which is about an hour into the baseball game.

What time do the gates open?

Gates open at 5:10 p.m. Pregame festivities start at 6:30 p.m., and the game begins at 7:10 p.m.

Buying as a group

In order for your party to be seated together, please order all tickets at the same time. Tickets are limited to 10 per transaction. For groups larger than 10, please contact Christina Garrison at (323) 343-2586.

Will I need to pay for parking? Which gate should I enter to the nearest parking?

Yes. Game day parking is $17.00 in advance and $25.00 at the gate. The closest parking areas to our Cal State LA designated sections are accessible through Academy Gate D or Downtown Gate E to park in lots 6 or 7 (general parking). For more parking information, click here.

Refunds & exchanges

This is a special event package; we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be handicapped seating available?

Yes. If you need handicapped seating, please contact Monique Karraa at (323) 224-1448.

Is admission free for infants and toddlers?

Children ages three and under may attend the game for free.
