Equivalent alternatives for any multimedia presentation shall be synchronized with the presentation.

Creating the Caption Files

There are many tools available to create captioning files for media files such as Flash. Captioning programs are available from MagPie and Captionate. We recommend using MagPie2 and Flash CS3 to create accessible media. Below are tutorials to help you get started:
