POSITION: Lecturer, temporary, non-tenure-track faculty positions with the possibility of renewal for additional quarters.
STARTING DATE: Fall 2013 and ongoing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must have Master’s degree from an accredited university. One year of teaching or professional experience. Demonstrated excellence in teaching at a college level. The candidate must have demonstrated training and expertise in theories and methodologies of Women’s, Genders, and Sexualities Studies (WGSS) with particular emphasis on race and ethnicity. Applicants should have the ability to relate well to others within the academic environment, and demonstrate ability and/or interest in working in a multiethnic, multicultural environment.
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: The best applicant will have a secondary area of teaching and scholarly interest that complements the current faculty.
DUTIES: Faculty will teach Race and Gender in the U.S. (WOMN 203)

SALARY: This is a non tenure-track Faculty position with the possibility of teaching additional WGSS classes in future quarters. Salary is competitive and commensurate to experience and qualifications.
