Head Coach, Women's Soccer
POSITION: Head Coach, Women's Soccer. Full-time, 12-month appointment in the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics. Subsequent appointments are based on merit and program needs.
STARTING DATE: On or before July 1, 2013.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, physical education or related field preferred. Demonstrated successful coaching experience at the collegiate, high school, or club levels. Commitment to the academic and athletic success of the student-athlete. Good communication skills and administrative abilities necessary. Demonstrated ability and/or interest in working in a multi-ethnic, multicultural environment.
DUTIES: Serve as Head Coach, Cal State L.A. Women’s Soccer. The University is a member of NCAA Division II and the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). Responsibilities include, coordinating practices and competitions, recruiting, ordering equipment, scheduling, gathering and recording of statistical information, and fund-raising. The Head Coach is responsible for enforcement of institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations relevant to Cal State L.A. Women's Soccer. Reports to the Director of Athletics.

SALARY RANGE: Initial salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be within the range of approximately $87,000 - $92,000.
