Department of Mechanical Engineering

Position: Lecturer, temporary, non-tenure-track faculty positions with the possibility of renewal for additional quarters.    

Starting Date: Quarterly.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must have an MS degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university. Specific educational background, industry experience, and/or teaching experience in areas of application at the college level are strongly desired. Must be able to work effectively with a wide culturally diverse range of students and faculty.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university.

Duties: The California State University, Los Angeles, Department of Mechanical Engineering is offering lectureships to begin various quarters as needed.  In addition to teaching, duties also include holding office hours and participating in other departmental activities.

Salary Range: Initial salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
