Department of Communication Disorders
Position: Temporary faculty positions with the possibility of renewal for additional quarters.
Starting Date: Immediate, or as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have Master's or Doctorate in the field of Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, Speech or Hearing Science, or related field from an accredited university and demonstrated excellence in teaching at a college level. Applicants should have the ability to relate well to others within the academic environment, and demonstrate ability and/or interest in working in a multiethnic, multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology required if applying for Clinic Supervisor position.
Duties: Instructors are responsible for text selection, preparation of course materials (e.g., syllabus), organization of schedule and class activities, student learning outcomes assessment, and office hours.
Salary: Initial salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
