Announcement of Opening College of Arts & Letters Department of Liberal Studies
	Position:	The California State University, Los Angeles, Department of Liberal Studies is offering a renewable lectureship in Interdisciplinary Studies to begin in various quarters as needed. Teaching responsibilities may include instruction in courses that explore the nature of interdisciplinary investigation at the undergraduate level. Special consideration will be given to those who can teach courses in Cultural Studies and other cross-disciplinary topics.

	Minimum Qualifications:	Candidate must an M.A. or Ph.D from an accredited university. Three letters of recommendation. Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level. Must be able to work effectively with a wide culturally diverse range of students and faculty.

	Salary:	This is a non tenure-track Faculty position with the possibility of renewal for additional quarters. Salary is competitive and commensurate to experience and qualifications.
