Kinematics - Rates are calculated assuming that protons are detected for the entire  dp_e  bin listed in the tables. The calculations need to be refined using aeexb or MCEEP.

(I) Parallel Kinematics in +y  kinematics

(II) Parallel kinematics for -y kinematics, bound nucleon momentum distribution
The calculated cross section is for the ground state only. We expect the rate at large Pmiss to higher
Emiss to be substantially larger than the table value.

(III) Perpendicular Kinematics. Two choices for sigma_3 are listed. We may want to use even a higher energy. The error analysis needs to be done for the optimum choice of energy.
All outgoing proton energies are 1.03<Tp<1.07 GeV.
