Before applying to the School of Social Work, you must first apply to Office of Admissions and University Outreach at: http://www.csumentor.edu/admissionapp/grad_apply.asp by submitting the 2013-2014 CSU Post baccalaureate and Graduate Admission application.
The MSW application Deadline for Fall 2013 is JANUARY 15, 2013.
Please note you will not have access to your application materials once you have submitted them to the School of Social Work, please be sure to retain a copy of all materials for your personal file.
Please note that ALL application materials must be received by the application deadline (JANUARY 15, 2013) in order to be reviewed. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
