The BASW program has impacted status, which means that there are requirements to enter the major beyond the requirements to enter the University. These requirements differ according to the year of admission. Students are held to the requirements that apply at the year of admission.

Fall 2012 application is for all students who have passed SW370 and the WPE by the end of Winter 2013. Fill out this application and bring it with your unofficial transcripts to the Social Work office. You will then pick up the Change of Major Form from the Main Office and take it to Enrollment Office, Admin 146.
