You will hear Rocio’s voice on the other end of the line when you call. She has direct contact with students on a day-to-day basis. Rocio will answer general questions regarding the major, such as clarifying departmental policy and procedures. She will also process your paperwork, and assist the office manager.

Liudmila advises undergraduate students in Options 1, 2, 3 and 4. Liudmila will review your program and assist you with any questions you have about course equivalencies from another university and CSULA and Departmental policies and procedures. She is primarily available by appointment but does have walk-in hours in the beginning and end of each quarter. Please contact the department office at 323-343-4590 for appointments or to inquire about walk-in hours.

Pat works closely with the Chair of the department and oversees the efficient day-to-day running of the general office. She assists faculty with their needs, and works to resolve student-special needs that may arise.
