Fellowship Deadlines Approach
2005-06 CSU Forgivable Loan/Doctoral Incentive Program.
Applications are due to the CSLA Office of Graduate Studies
and Research, Administration 710 by February 1, 2005. FLP provides financial assistance to enrolled doctoral
students and is designed to increase the qualified faculty of the
CSU. The FLP is open
to applicants who will be new or continuing full-time students in
doctoral programs at accredited universities anywhere in the US
during the 2005-06 academic year. Neither enrollment nor employment in the CSU is required. The FLP provides support in the form of loans up to $10,000
per year for a maximum of three years. The applicant must be sponsored at the time of application
by a CSU faculty member and ideally also by a relevant CSU

Assembly Fellowship Program

Application
to the 2005-06 Fellowship Program is open to university and
four-year college graduates holding a degree by September 2005.
Applicants must be 20 years of age by September 1, 2005.
Individuals from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Applicants are expected to have strong interests in public policy
and politics, but prior legislative experience is not required.

Executive Fellowship Program

to the 2005-06 program is open to anyone who has a degree from a
four-year college or university by September. Mid-career and
recent graduates of all academic disciplines, backgrounds and
levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Applications

California Senate Fellows
Deadline to submit application: February 23, 2005
Fellows
receive monthly stipends as well as health and dental benefits.
The program welcomes applicants from anyone who is at least 20
years of age and a graduate of a four-year college or university
by September 1, 2005. There is no preferred major.
