1. Sign up as a new client to our center:

   REGISTER

2. On your left hand side, select "New Client" and fill out ALL the information completely.
3. Fill out the attached CSULA specific questionnaire and send it to hasmiksimon@gmail.com or HSimon@cslanet.calstatela.edu via email.

4. Once these steps have been completed, you will be contacted to set up a face-to-face appointment at our center with your primary advisor.
