The Naval Seafloor Engineering Research program

The Naval Seafloor Engineering Research program was started in June 2003 by Professor Mark Tufenkjian with a grant from the Office of Naval Research. The purpose of this website is to provide an easily accessible account of our research to our peers and interested members of our field of study.

The research is being coordinated with the Ocean Engineering Division at the Naval Facilities Engineering Service in Port Hueneme, California.
