Site Information: There are some key elements in the project that we need to identify. The site is in a bush area with some trees and thick bushes. The minimum radius of the road is 200 feet and the maximum grading is 10%. The recreation facility locates on a slope, at an elevation of 893 feet and the existing Canyon road elevation is between 420 feet to 490 feet. There is a hazard material found in the triangular area of:
(E 4,077,000; N 4,137,000)
(E 4,077,000; N 4,137,000)
(E 4,077,250; N 4,137,250)
To accommodate the requirements for the access road, we will have do cut and fill through out the road. It will need to remove all of them before the construction of the road starts. There is a need to be level some part of the site for the parking facility. We will design an adequate route that will minimize the amount of cut and fill and choose the site for the parking facility. This will ensure the cost of the project at the minimum. AASHTO, City requirements, and other constraints that include environmental, design limits, constructability, health & safety, sustainability, traffic impact, social, ethical, and political will be considered for the final recommendation. |
