so glad you are visiting our site Whether you are a current student in the Charter College
of Education at CSULA or interested in becoming a student in the program this site should be
helpful to you.
The Office for
Student Services is responsible for the processing of students for admission
into teaching credential programs, clearances for directed teaching, verification
of emergency permit renewals, and credential recommendations to the California
Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC). It maintains an advisement center,
staffed with faculty outreach and credential advisors.
In addition, the
office provides eligibility verification for Financial Aid and manages the APLE loan program (more information available at http://www.csusuccess.org/scholarship) and coordinates
special events for students.
To better serve
the students who are seeking answers to specific information, the Office for

You do not need an appointment. Come in to see an advisor and we will meet with you as soon
as we can to answer your questions and help you apply for and complete the credential
program you are interested in.
