Learn how this field is engaging learners in deeper learning while also shaping education's future.
This Master’s Degree option in Educational Technology and Leadership will prepare you to take on leadership roles in the field of educational technology. Our program is aimed at teachers in PK-12 schools, e-learning developers, corporate and government trainers, technology coordinators, media specialists, instructional designers, and technologists in industry and government. In fact, baccalaureate students can enter this field with a background degree in any subject, such as, communications, engineering, computer science, business, linguistics, math, science, urban learning, arts, etc. A background in computer programming is not necessary.
Note: If you want to teach in PK-12 or work as a school or district level computer coordinator, a California Teaching Credential is required. In addition, some district level computer coordinator positions require an administrative credential.
