About Us

The Instructional Technology program embodies the college's commitment to understand and improve educational practice and information systems in urban schools and diverse society.

Both, the Educational Technology and Leadership and the New Media Design and Production options bring together faculties committed to expanding the range of knowledge in education, information science, and associated disciplines.

The Instructional Technology program seeks to develop school or industry-specialists who combine skills in applying computer technology with advanced video and multimedia techniques to enhance the learning experience of students at all levels!

Vision
To improve the human condition through the transparent integration of technology in teaching and learning.

Mission
The Instructional Technology Program prepares educators, trainers, and other professionals to integrate technology into the curriculum while enhancing their creative critical thinking. We explore and develop the potentials of technology for teaching and learning. Through research we seek to advance knowledge in our field, to inform policy, improve practice and inspire model uses of technology. We collaborate on educational technology improvements locally, nationally, and internationally.
