THE SURVEY BELOW. Thank you for participating in our survey. This survey is intended for students in advanced degree programs (MA/MS or EdD/PhD) to complete at the time that they are applying for graduation. (If this is your second graduation application, you do not need to complete the survey again.) Your feedback is important and will be used in our program improvement process. The survey you submit here is anonymous and will only be shared with the faculty and administration of the CCOE and CSULA. We appreciate knowing what is working well and any suggestions you might make that would help us to improve the quality of educational experiences we provide to our current and future students. The survey should take less than 20 minutes to complete. Once you complete the survey and push the final SUBMIT button, the “Submission” page will be visible. Please print a copy of the “Submission” page to submit along with your graduation application to the Associate Dean’s Office – KH D2070.
