Jimmy Moss
Design Faculty (Graphic Design)
Jimmy Moss, a graduate from Rhode Island School of Design (B.F.A. Graphic Design), and the Yale School of Art (M.F.A. Graphic Design), runs a creative studio, which works in publication design, branding, advertising and print management. Previously, Professor Moss was the Creative Director of Corbis Images, and a Senior Art Director for Foote, Cone & Belding Advertising. Professor Moss's clients have included Wells Fargo, Taco Bell, Levi Strauss, Disney as well as a variety of non-profit organizations. He maintains a strong interest in questions of information design, typographic communication, wayfinding, and the ethical responsibilities of a designer in society.
Professor Moss also serves as the Faculty Advisor for the student AIGA group, the Chair of the Design Option and the Graphic Design Area Coordinator.
