The Arts and Letters Help Desk provides the following services to the College of Arts and Letters community:
- All on-campus technical support for college faculty and staff
- Management of, and access, to college labs
- College-wide software and hardware management
- Checkout equipment for classroom instruction
Our help desk is separate from the ITS Help Desk. All Arts and Letters faculty and staff should go through the Arts and Letters Help Desk for on-campus tech support. On occasion, we will escalate your issue to the ITS Help Desk. These situations will generally include centralized services such as your AD account, GET, web access, and email issues. Students should contact the ITS Help Desk directly, if it is not a lab related issue.
Our goal is to build services that cater to the needs of the Arts and Letters community. Help us provide better services by providing input and feedback.
