To Support Research, Scholarship And Creative Activities
For the 2013 -2014 Academic Year
The Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (RSCA) program was established to support research, scholarship, and creative activities, and to further the mission of the California State University. All members of Unit 3 may compete for funding, including Faculty, Librarians, Coaches, and Counselors.
Funding will be available for Creative Leaves (one quarter time), Mini-grants of up to $5,000, and RSCA Assigned Time awards (one course release). RSCA Assigned Time requests may be combined with Mini-Grant requests, but require separate applications. Funding is awarded for Winter or Spring 2014 only.
Applicants may apply only through our online application. You will be required to upload a PDF of a Proposal Narrative, Budget Page (if applying for a Mini-grant), Curriculum Vitae, and a signed Approval Page (PDF file format only).
Deadline for online application submission: Monday, Oct. 7, 2013 Noon (Pacific-time)
