Audio/Video Considerations in Presentation Rooms
The presentation rooms are equipped with Dell computers (no Apple computers) with speakers.
If you are bringing a PowerPoint presentation or other file, we recommend saving it to Microsoft Office 2003 format.
It should be saved on a flash drive and backed up on a CD and/or on the internet.
In order for sessions to stay on schedule, we discourage the use of personal laptop computers.
If you do bring a laptop, please bring your own RGB (not DVI) adaptor. (Some Apple laptops require a DVI to RGB adaptor.)
If your presentation is on a file that is not a PowerPoint presentation (or requires a software application that is not
part of the standard MS Office applications), please contact us and send the file. We will do our best to ensure in
advance that your file will open correctly in your presentation room.
