The Office of Graduate Studies and Research is a unit within the Division of Academic Affairs. We provide leadership and service to promote graduate studies and to help faculty obtain off-campus funds for projects that support student and faculty research, scholarship, and learning, and that contribute generally to strengthening the institution. Special attention is given to interdisciplinary efforts that can contribute to leadership in a changing world. In addition, the GS&R Office oversees all Presidentially-chartered centers.
