Jose Yong
Jose has been working as an ITC since 1999. Jose began working at CSULA supporting the ASI/Student Union area. Subsequently he was reassigned to the College of Business and Economics where he’s been for a year and a half. Jose provides support and services to staff and faculty at the College of Business and Economics so that they might have an efficient and productive experience. Jose’s areas of expertise include handling customer service inquiries, issues and surprises require his expertise in people skills. On the technical side, Jose can install hardware and software as well as troubleshoots hardware, software, system and networking problems. Further, he is proficient in Windows OS (9x, NT, 2K, XP), networking, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and FrontPage Jose received a Master of Business Administration degree with an Option in Finance in 1998 from CSULA
