Ida Le

Ida Le is the Lab Supervisor for the King Hall Link and Engineering, Computer Science and Technology Lab. Her main focus is on the selection, training, and scheduling of daily Student Technology Assistants (STA) in the Open Access Computer Labs. In addition, her duties include managing the equipment in the labs as well as supervising the Student Assistant Supervisors who works there. During her study at Cal State LA., Ida worked as a student assistant in the Open Access Lab and then got promoted as an Assistant Lab Supervisor. Upon graduation, she had the opportunity to work at the Help Desk as a full time staff. There she provided computer-related phone support for faculty and students. All these experiences have enriched her knowledge in the information technology field and improved her customer service skills. One of her goals is to provide an on-going training for the Student Technology Assistant program to better assist and service the campus community. Ida has a bachelor's degree in International Business and is currently pursuing her Masters of Arts degree in New Media Design.
