David Chang
David Chang is a CSLA graduate. He has been working in the College
of Business & Economics ever since becoming an Information
Technology Consultant. David Chang works under the Educational
Support Services Group and he is assigned to the College of
Business & Economics for faculty and staff computer support.
The College is comprised of the following departments, Economics
& Statistics, Marketing, Management, Finance & Law,
Information Systems, Accounting, as well as the Advisement Center
(undergraduates and MBA students). Provide hardware and software
support for faculty and staff in the College of Business &
Economics. Areas of responsibility for support also include several
technology enhanced classrooms, electronic computer classrooms,
lecture hall labs, as well as individual department computer
labs. Handling customer service inquiries/issues require his
expertise in people skills. He troubleshoots hardware, software,
system and networking problems. He is proficient in Windows
OS (9x, NT, 2K, XP), networking, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
and FrontPage. He has also experience in Windows Servers software.
He has hardware expertise with Hewlett Packard Laser Printer.
David has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Information
Systems Option).
