Staffed by a Center director, lab manager, and knowledgeable, patient Student Technology Assistants, eLPS supports faculty at all levels of technical proficiency. eLPS maintains state-of-the-art equipment available for faculty use in designing and developing digital media projects that enhance technology-mediated instruction. eLPS staff is available in person, online, and by telephone, to guide and assist faculty through this process of designing, developing, and teaching with technology.

Jim Williamson Jim received his M.A. and B.A. in English from California State University, Northridge. He taught English courses at CSUN and Glendale Community College from 1986 through 1994, and "Introduction to Shakespeare" via UC Berkeley's On-Line Extension, from 2002 to 2004. Jim has over twenty-five years of teaching and IT experience, including positions as a System Engineer at Boeing, Manager of the UCLA Film and Television Archive's Research and Study Center, and managing the Teaching Enhancement Center at UCLA. |

Flavio Argueta Flavio is the Instructional Design Support Specialist/Lab Manager for the eLearning Programs & Support Center. He is a Cal State L.A. graduate, earning his B.A. in Social Science in 1995, thereafter, completing his M.A. in Computer Education and Technology Leadership in 2002. Flavio is very familiar with the Cal State L.A. community as he has worked for the university for over 10 years. |
