Faculty, please use the following form to request a Blackboard (WebCT) course. (This form is not for student use.)

Your Network Information Services (NIS) account and password are required to create a Blackboard course. If you do not have a NIS account, you must request it at the Information Technology Services Helpdesk located in the first floor of Library Palmer Wing.

Your previous WebCT 4 ID does not work with Blackboard.

You will be notified by email when your course has been created. Normally, courses are created within one working day after they are submitted.
