The Enrollment
Management Planning Group will:

Consult key campus constituents in the development of annual and multi-year campus FTES targets.

Recommend annual and multi-year FTES targets to the Vice Presidents and President for submission to the Chancellor's Office.

Make recommendations on mix of students (e.g., ratio or graduate to undergraduate, ratio of first-time freshmen to transfer, etc.).
-
Serve as a resource to the subcommittee for information and data.
