Moodle courses are automatically created. Please login to moodle to access your assign moodle course(s). This form is ONLY to be used when requesting a metacourse or a moodle shell.

This form has been made available to University faculty and staff who may want to use moodle to make content available online. There are two options available. Both options have been explained below to help you determine which option best meets your needs. Choose the appropriate option when beginning to complete this form.

The metacourse option will combine course rosters into a single course. This option should be selected for crosslisted courses or if you wish to combine multiple sections into a single course.
A moodle shell can be requested by University staff and faculty. Requested shells can be used for Advisement, University Programs, exploring moodle, building course shells for future courses, or other non-academic University project. Select the Moodle Shell option below for this request.
