Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs - Planning & Resources and Faculty Affairs
The Office of the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs (Associate VPAA) is part of the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. The Associate VPAA reports to the Provost and stands in for the Provost when the Provost is unavailable. The Associate VPAA’s office coordinates matters pertaining to faculty affairs, such as the recruitment process, the retention, promotion and tenure processes, faculty grievances and disciplinary procedures.
This office coordinates planning efforts for the Academic Affairs division with regard to all resource matters. Reporting to the Associate VPAA are the Academic Affairs Resource Coordinator and the Catalog Editor.
The Associate VPAA provides leadership, within the Division of Academic Affairs, on Enrollment Management and Outreach issues, and also chairs the Enrollment Management Projections Committee of the University Enrollment Management Task Force.
